Building on the Agra deployment, IPEC partnered with Skylark World School, Lucknow, to further the application of Process Excellence in school education.
The programme focused on integrating Lean principles with both classroom practice and institutional governance.
Among its significant outcomes was the development of what IPEC describes as a school-level Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification framework, integrating process excellence concepts into educational practice.
The programme also initiated discussions with state-level stakeholders on strengthening educational governance through process excellence methodologies.
