02About this website
This website is operated by the International Process Excellence Council, a Section 8 not-for-profit company incorporated in India on 15 July 2025.
It exists to describe the Council's work, publish its research and resources, and provide routes for institutions and individuals to collaborate with it.
03Permitted use
You may read, download and print material from this site for your own use, for the use of your institution, and for educational and non-commercial purposes, provided that you do not alter it and that you attribute it to the International Process Excellence Council.
You may not use this site or its content in any way that is unlawful, that infringes another person's rights, that seeks to gain unauthorised access to our systems, that introduces malicious code, or that misrepresents your identity or affiliation.
Automated collection of content from this site at a scale that affects its availability to others is not permitted.

Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website — including text, frameworks, curricula, toolkits, graphics, layout and design — is the property of the International Process Excellence Council or is used with permission.
The IPEC name, logo and the mark 'Process Excellence Beyond Boundaries' are the property of the Council and may not be used without written permission.
ReviewConfirm the intended licensing position for published frameworks, toolkits and curricula. IPEC's stated commitment to open knowledge sharing suggests an open licence (for example CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) may be appropriate for some categories. Decide and state it explicitly.
Photographs on this site are used under the licences recorded in the Council's image register. Third-party trademarks referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

We take care to ensure that information on this site is accurate and current. Frameworks, curricula and programme descriptions are under active development and may change.

The NEP 2030 Strategic Forum is an independent initiative of the International Process Excellence Council. It is not a government policy, a government programme or a government-endorsed framework, and nothing on this website should be read as claiming otherwise.
IPEC does not claim accreditation, affiliation, empanelment or partnership with any government body, university, international organisation or accreditation authority except where such a relationship is expressly and specifically stated.

Information you submit through a form on this site must be accurate and must be information you are entitled to provide.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, a partnership or an obligation on the Council to provide any programme or service.
