How to read this
Raaj Drishti is Improvement Science, Educational Leadership, Applied Statistics and Lean Six Sigma taught together. It is not 'Lean Six Sigma for teachers'. The methods are a means to educational judgement, not a substitute for it.

National deliverable
IPET-2030Integrated Performance Excellence Toolkit
Coming 2027A national deliverable of the programme: the consolidated toolkit an institution can pick up and apply without an external facilitator in the room — assessment instruments, improvement templates, measurement frameworks and worked examples from Indian institutions.
The test of the toolkit is whether a school that has never met IPEC can open it and run an improvement cycle unaided. Anything that needs us in the room has not been finished.
