01 — Problem statement

What this project exists to address.

India's National Education Policy 2020 sets out an ambitious agenda for the transformation of school and higher education.

Comparatively fewer organisations work on what implementation actually requires: practical governance models, institutional capability, process excellence methodologies and outcome measurement frameworks.

The Forum was created to work on that layer — independently, collaboratively and without duplicating the work of government.

  • 03Facilitate the transition from NEP 2020 to NEP 2030 through measurable, evidence-based and scalable implementation models
