What this project exists to address.

Frameworks do not implement themselves. Nationwide educational change requires far more capable hands than any single organisation can employ.

The volunteer capacity exists — among teachers, students, retired professionals, diaspora experts and quality practitioners — but it is not organised, trained or connected to institutions that need it.
