To address the gap between policy formulation and successful implementation. Many institutions focus on developing policies; comparatively fewer work on practical implementation frameworks, measurable outcomes, institutional capability and continuous improvement systems.

Is IPEC a Section 8 company?

Yes. IPEC is registered as a Section 8 not-for-profit company under the Companies Act, 2013, incorporated on 15 July 2025.

Does IPEC have 12A and 80G registration?

Yes. IPEC is registered under Section 12A of the Income Tax Act and under Section 80G, which enables eligible donors to claim tax benefits on qualifying donations, subject to applicable law.

Is IPEC eligible to receive CSR funding?

IPEC's registrations under Sections 12A and 80G enable it to receive grants, philanthropic contributions and CSR funding in support of its public benefit initiatives.

What is the NEP 2030 Strategic Forum?

Is NEP 2030 a Government policy?

No. The NEP 2030 Strategic Forum is an independent initiative of the International Process Excellence Council. It is not a government policy, a government programme or a government-endorsed framework.

Why is another framework needed?

The Forum does not propose an alternative policy. It works on the implementation layer beneath policy — governance models, institutional capability, process methodology and outcome measurement — which is where most transformation agendas encounter difficulty.

Who developed the NEP 2030 framework?

The NEP 2030 Draft Core Committee, working under the guidance of the Board of Directors, with the framework architected by Deepak Dwivedi, Head of Education Policy and Knowledge Innovation.

What is an Excellence Cell?

A standing unit inside an institution that serves as a local centre for innovation, research, quality improvement and the implementation of IPEC initiatives — owned by the institution, not by IPEC.

Who can establish an Excellence Cell?

Schools, colleges, universities, research institutions, teacher education institutions, libraries and healthcare institutions.

What does establishing a cell require?

A named faculty or staff coordinator, student and staff members, a regular meeting rhythm and a commitment to run and document improvement projects.

What does an Excellence Cell report?

An annual institutional excellence report describing the projects undertaken, the improvements measured and the practices documented.

Who can become an IPEC Ambassador?

Students, teachers, faculty members, researchers, librarians, healthcare professionals, institutional leaders, alumni, diaspora professionals and volunteers, across all six domains.

Is training provided to ambassadors?

Yes. Each ambassador programme provides structured training in its domain before an ambassador takes on institutional outreach.

What is the One Million Ambassador Programme?

A long-term aspiration to build a community of one million ambassadors per country, comprising students, teachers, researchers, school leaders, professionals and volunteers.

How can a school participate?

By establishing an Excellence Cell, enrolling students and staff in a certification programme, adopting a curriculum pathway, or simply starting a conversation about a problem the school wants to solve.

Is there a fee for schools?

Fee structures for individual programmes will be published alongside each programme. IPEC is a not-for-profit council and works with government and affordable private schools as a matter of core purpose.

Does IPEC work with government schools?

Yes. Government schools are explicitly within the scope of every Excellence Committee and are a priority audience for the Council's school work.

How can a government department engage IPEC?

Through the Government Programme Enquiry, which routes directly to the Council's leadership. Engagements typically begin with a diagnostic conversation rather than a proposal.

Does IPEC have existing government partnerships?

IPEC does not claim any existing memorandum of understanding, empanelment or formal partnership with a government department. Programmes delivered to date are recorded on Our Journey.

What can a CSR partnership fund?

Programme sponsorship, school and student programmes, teacher development, institutional transformation, technology support, research, community programmes, employee volunteering and knowledge partnerships.

What reporting does a CSR partner receive?

Measurement is defined before implementation begins, so the impact report at the end of a programme describes outcomes against a stated baseline rather than activity counts.

Can individuals contribute?

Yes. Individual contributions are welcomed and are directed to the programme areas the contributor selects.

Are contributions eligible for tax benefit?

IPEC holds registration under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, which enables eligible donors to claim tax benefits on qualifying donations, subject to applicable law.

How are contribution payments handled?

Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. IPEC does not store card numbers, CVV data or banking credentials on its own systems.

Can I set up a recurring contribution?

Recurring contribution options will be offered subject to the capabilities of the payment gateway once integration is complete.

What is the Knowledge Hub?

The intellectual repository of the Council: research, policy papers, implementation frameworks, educational resources, multimedia content, publications and practical toolkits.

Why are some resources marked 'in preparation'?

Because they are deliverables named in a committee's charter that have not yet been completed. They are listed so partners can see what each committee is producing — not offered as available downloads.

Can I contribute research to the Knowledge Hub?

Yes. Researchers, faculty, students and institutional practitioners are invited to contribute studies, case documentation and field findings.

Does IPEC operate outside India?

No. IPEC is an Indian Section 8 company and does not claim operational presence, affiliation or accreditation in any other country. It welcomes international collaboration across geographies.

How can an international organisation collaborate?

Through joint research, educational partnerships, knowledge exchange, curriculum development, faculty development, student programmes, conferences and publications.

When are IPEC events held?

The Council operates weekly committee working sessions, a Monthly Knowledge Forum and an Annual Conference. Dates and registration will be published on the Events page.

What certifications does IPEC offer?

Certification pathways are being developed from White Belt through to Master Black Belt for Process Excellence, with equivalent pathways under development in the other five domains.

Who are IPEC's programmes designed for?

Four audiences: students, educators, institutions and professionals — each with a distinct pathway rather than a shared course reordered.

How can my institution partner with IPEC?

Each audience has its own enquiry route: government, corporate and CSR, schools, universities, NGOs and international organisations. Each routes to the appropriate part of the Council.

Through the ambassador programmes in any of the six domains, or by contributing to curriculum development, translation, research or outreach.

Where exactly does my money go?

To the programme area you select, within the published budget bands for Phase 1: scholarships, stipends, training, the leadership programme, operations and evaluation, and translation. Deployment against those bands is published on the Impact Dashboard.

Is my contribution tax-deductible?

IPEC holds registration under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, which enables eligible donors to claim tax benefits on qualifying donations, subject to applicable law. A receipt is issued to the details you provide. IPEC does not give tax advice.

How are fellows and institutions selected?

Through open application with institutional endorsement, followed by screening, interview, an institutional agreement confirming the fellow's time and project access, and public induction.

What happens if the fundraising target is not met?

The programme deploys in phases. Activity is scoped to funds actually raised rather than funds hoped for, and the Impact Dashboard shows the gap rather than hiding it.

Who verifies the outcomes you publish?

The Independent Evaluation Unit, which sits outside the delivery line and reports separately to the Board. It reviews the Impact Dashboard.

Can I sponsor a specific teacher, fellow or language?

Yes. Sponsor a Teacher, Sponsor an Education Fellow, Sponsor a Translation and Sponsor a School Improvement Project are offered on the contribution page. Named Fellowships are available from ₹1 lakh.

Can my company partner through CSR?

Yes. Five partnership packages run from Supporting Partner to Founding Partner, with named cohorts, endowed fellowships, translation labs, co-branded reporting and board-ready impact reports.

How do I get updates on impact?

Through the monthly Digital Impact Report, sent to every contributor, and through the Impact Dashboard, which carries a visible last-updated date.

Is Raaj Drishti a government programme?

No. It is an initiative of the International Process Excellence Council, a Section 8 not-for-profit company. It is designed to complement the implementation of national education policy, and carries no government endorsement.
