Raaj Drishti is designed as the execution bridge from NEP 2020 to NEP 2030 — building the leadership, process excellence and evidence culture Indian institutions need on the road to Viksit Bharat 2047.

The proposition
NEP 2020 provides the vision. Raaj Drishti builds the execution capability.
The NEP 2030 era will be decided by capability rather than by intent: whether institutions can diagnose their own problems, run a change, measure it, and share what they found. That is a skill set, and skill sets have to be taught to somebody.
Raaj Drishti teaches it to the people who are already inside the system and already committed to it — serving teachers, principals, teacher educators, curriculum designers and policy professionals — rather than importing capability from outside and withdrawing it when a contract ends.
