IPEC's third school deployment extended the Process Excellence initiative to Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, with students identifying inefficiencies in their own learning environment.

The Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification programme at Varenya International School, Ballia, marked the third institutional deployment of IPEC's Process Excellence initiative in school education.

The programme encouraged full participation from students and teachers while promoting continuous improvement through Kaizen principles and project-based learning.

Students initiated practical improvement projects to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions within their learning environment — the point at which a Process Excellence programme stops being a course and becomes a capability.

Measured outcomes from the Ballia deployment will be published once assessment is complete.
