A certification programme can end with a certificate and nothing else. The question at Ballia was whether students would carry the method past the assessment.

The programme encouraged full participation from students and teachers while promoting continuous improvement through Kaizen principles and project-based learning.

Students initiated practical improvement projects to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions within their own learning environment — evidence that the method transfers when learners are given a real problem they care about.
